2026 Moose Hunt Rates (USD) Flight Included

2026 Deposits

• $1000.00 USD (per person) deposit due by January 2025
• Deposits are required to secure your reservation.
• Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• If deposits are not received, your reservation will not be confirmed.

Cancellation Policy

• If you cancel last minute and your tag cannot be rebooked, you are still required to pay the full amount of the hunt, excluding the flight. Deposit is non-refundable and non-transferrable.

Moose Tags / Licenses (CAD)

• Non-resident opener (call for dates) This marks the anticipated start date for non-resident moose hunting in Ontario.

• Every hunter, including those party hunting, must purchase a moose license. Tags (Bull, Cow, Calf) are species- and animal-specific and must be assigned prior to hunting.

• Licenses and tags can be conveniently purchased online at www.huntandfishontario.com or at any authorized Ontario licensing issuer.

• Hunters should ensure they have their Outdoors Card and any necessary accreditation before applying for licenses or tags.

New Hunters to Ontario

• Any new hunter to Ontario must complete hunter accreditation before purchasing a moose license.

• Accreditation may be completed by email (NRISC@ontario.ca) or in person at a participating licensing issuer or Service Ontario.

Canadian Firearms Declaration Form:

You will be required to fill out a temporary gun permit to bring firearms into Canada (Firearm Declaration Form). The fee is $25 payable at the border crossing.
